Our History

Computex Technology Solutions (formerly called Stratos Management Systems) was founded in 1987 by brothers Sam and Jason Haffar, with the goal of helping customers transform their businesses through technology. Since then, the company has grown to become an industry-leading IT solution provider with seven locations nationwide.

In 2012, the company acquired Houston-based Computex and Minneapolis-based Nexus Information Systems, successfully combining the competitive advantages of these successful IT solutions and managed services providers (MSPs) under a single brand and established a shared vision of IT services excellence.

In 2014, Computex Technology Solutions extended its IT footprint once again by acquiring Houston-based ENET solutions, one of the top U.S. MSPs and Cisco Gold networking partners. The acquisition strengthened Computex Technology Solutions’ advanced technology offerings around cloud services and unified communications. It also boosted the company’s networking infrastructure solutions with the addition of a team of experts manning a 24/7 multi-million-dollar data center, integration facility and networking operations center (NOC) for cloud and hosting services and remote networking monitoring and management.

Today, Computex Technology Solutions is one of the top 150 solution providers in the U.S. The company’s strong technical talent and infrastructure includes more than 50 solution architects, three integration facilities, two advanced network operations center, private data center and premier certifications with many of the world’s largest technology manufacturers and distributors.
