Computex Completes Its Acquisition Of Techworld.
HOUSTON--Computex, Inc., a leading IT infrastructure solutions and consulting company, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Techworld a leading Oracle ERP software consulting firm.
“This will allow us to not only Architect the physical and virtual infrastructure for our clients but also to address their application needs. Computex can now offer Oracle ERP Application implementation to all its existing and prospective customers. ” said Sam Haffar, President and Co-CEO of Computex.
Frank Parekh President of Techworld will join Computex as the ERP practice manager and will lead that effort.
